How to use enema bag?
Fill the enema bag with water, make sure the clip is closed, open it for a while before use, release more air and avoid entering the colon.
Hang the bag alongside the bathtub so that you can access it while lying on your left side.
Lubricate the end of the tube to make insertion more comfortable before inserting the tube, no more than 4 inches into your colon.
Wait for the fluid to enter your colon, breathing deeply and watching the bag until it is empty. Remove the nozzle from your colon slowly.
Considerations!!!
Stay close to a toilet for the next 30 to 60 minutes as it may be necessary to go to the bathroom several more times.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children as parts may present a choking hazard if placed in a child's mouth.
Inspect before use and discard if damaged. Fluid temperature should not exceed 98.6°F for douche or enema use. Fluid should not exceed 120°F for hot water bottle use.
Use only plain water or commercially sold or doctor-recommended douche or enema preparations with this product. Carefully examine bottle before each use. If it shows signs of wear (cracks, dryness, bubbles, etc), it should be discarded. Do not use microwave, conventional oven, or stove top to heat vessel or water.
If your hose has kinks or bends in it, these can be removed by soaking the hose in warm water for 5 minutes and pulling the hose straight. If any kinks remain, work each area until they are removed.
Do not expose bottle to direct sunlight or other heat.
For application to sensitive skin areas, wrap soft cloth or towel around bottle.
